David R. ChenelleAttorney Chenelle joined Perkins & Anctil, P.C., in 2011 and serves as a Director leading our Lien Enforcement and Bankruptcy Departments. He is well-known and respected in the legal community and is known for his ability to think outside of the box when solving complex legal matters at both the State and Federal level.

Attorney Chenelle manages our Lien Enforcement Department and works closely with our Community Association clients providing guidance and representation regarding lien enforcement and everything that entails including the initiation of demands, drafting of motions and complaints and the prosecution of cases in the District and Superior Courts.

Attorney Chenelle is known as a fierce advocate and has represented thousands of individual, consumer and business clients in both the State and Federal courts including the United States Bankruptcy Court. He works closely with our clients in an empathic manner and draws from his decades of experience when advising and guiding clients through the legal process.

He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Worcester Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section; a member of the Local Rules Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts; the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA); the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) for which he lectures at ABI conferences; and has been appointed by the Supreme Judicial Court as a Commissioner in Attorney Suspension cases.

In his earlier professional career, Attorney Chenelle spent 14 years in the manufacturing industry working as an engineer and manager for various defense contractors. Thereafter he received his Juris Doctorate in 1995.
